Frequency Diet.

Hello hello! It is another Wednesday and I am here, to inject you with my thoughts without your permission like the current administration and vaccines!

Enjoy!

Today is a simple observation I have been having for the past year or two. The observation of connection and noise. I believe I somewhat talked about frequencies in another opinionated piece before. But with my terrible memory I am either going to repeat myself or not.

This is also a good experiment to see if my thought process is congruent with the last, changing, or out right sporadic like the lies of politician, so here goes.

Everyday we are subjected to sounds of some sort, music, cars, voices, running water, construction, etc.

Now, our minds are essentially a tower for receiving and sending right? Where do your thoughts come from? No one really knows but mind that no attention today.

Lets look at how our brains are receivers, our brains have the ability to work in and with different waves. When we sleep and when we are awake we are operating with different set of waves. Monks do a great job of controlling brain waves, look it up, pretty freaking cool.

What am I trying to get at exactly, well?

I am getting at the fact that like a receiver certain waves are going to be welcomed and others, well they will cause stress upon the receiver, like an EMP hitting electronics.

Some waves will cause more harm than others. Frequency 963hz, called the “God” frequency, don’t know if I would plant such a name on something we still know little about but hey, what do I know? I’m here to merely interject my thought into this world and try and make sense in logic what is happening.

So, supposedly 963hz frequency is I guess you could say a healthy frequency, minimize stress and such. There was an experiment done with this frequency and static frequency, like on a radio station or hand-radio.

They found after listening to static the mind became annoyed or “ill” like from it. I would say this shows how frequencies can have an effect on the body and mind.

If this is possible, then as our brains are receiving constant sounds through out the day; are we being subjected to negative sounds on a daily basis? Sounds that may interrupt our receiver/brain causing harm or interruptions?

If static can make one upset and ill then for sure there has to be others that cause negative reactions, we just may be so used to them or do on realize they are effecting us.

What effect do waves of light off a TV or Mobile device have on our receiver?

What effects do the daily subjection to social interactions in cities have? The constant buzzing of cars, everyone’s cell phone beeping, ringing, sending and receiving. The cell phone itself is sending and receiving waves consistently.

In long or short term what is happening to our minds? Permanent or temporary damage? Can certain waves/ frequencies cause addiction?

I mean think about it, when you hear that, “PING!” sound from your phone, you are hit with a slight dopamine shot. Marketing spends millions of dollars to find just the right sounds.

How are sounds manipulating us on a daily basis and we do not know it happening to us? How much control can one have over another using frequencies? Did you know, in cold weather sound travels farther?

My overall point is, how aware are we of how much traffic is being pushed through our heads everyday and how much of that traffic is healthy? How much of it is creating our receiver to act properly versus creating congestion?

I did an experiment and still continuing it, I leave my cell phone out of my room and leave it in a separate room when I sleep. Wifi, cell signals, and TV are all waves being sent through your walls of your home.

So how could they not be traveling through your body and head? What we ingest via the mouth is sent through the entire body effecting all the cells we harness.

So, waves, frequencies, noise, whatever you want to call it, must be doing the same right? And if your frequency diet is constant without check, what is happening to you with each our passing moment?

Think about this, certain materials block certain waves, not allowing them to pass through, along with certain materials allowing more susceptibility to receive. So how much effect does body fat or lean mass have on the receiving and or rejecting of certain waves? Can our state of mind allowing or block certain frequencies?

Does a poor diet of excessive carbs allow for negative waves to be harnessed in the body more easily, does fat trap it?

Does a lean body allow certain negative waves to pass through or easily attack the body I wonder?

Anyway, I really am just trying to get at that what we are learning about frequencies and the mind is growing with the years passing. Maybe we should be more aware of the sounds around us and how much we consume with our ears, even our eyes.

Waves are not just sound.

Everyday, from the moment we wake up to the moment we sleep, many have music, audio books, conversations on the phone, in person etc going on.

Like a street packed with cars stress rises for many, so what does a mind packed with sounds do?

Our minds are receivers and senders so what messages and waves pass through must have an effect in someway, why would they not?
